oo gauge light house

My other half wanted me to incorporate a light house into my layout so I chose the isle of whites light house as a guide
So I started with an ordinary paper towel tube and removed a wedge to form the shape i wanted now i didn't  want to have a exact replica i wanted my own twist on it.
I then coated the sides with strips of sand paper
Then I added the stone effect on the sand paper the window holes I use a dre mel to get the shape right the top was gonna be tricky no mater what I did just because I had no idea what I was doing but good old google came to my rescue, now I could add loads of photos but I would show you the 75% complete one
The helecopter pad on top is gonna be a guessing game I can't get any good pictures of the top
This where I up to and will catch up with it tomorrow
